About Me

I know what it’s like to live in constant pressure, always on, always thinking, always carrying more than you should. From the outside, it worked. Inside, it felt heavy, at work and at home.

I was building a career, raising a family, and doing it largely without a support system. So I did what many ambitious women do — I kept going. I pushed through. I treated the ability to handle it all as a strength. Hustle became a badge of honour.

My background is in corporate — I’m a chartered accountant and former auditor. I later trained as a mindfulness teacher after seeing how calm directly improved my focus, decisions, and performance.

What changed everything was learning how to operate calmly under pressure.

Now I live and lead differently — at work and at home — and that’s what I share.
